authorized retailers only. Please have your tax id number ready when filling out our
wholesale inquiry form. You must have a valid physical business address, resale permit and
license to do business. We may ask you to fax us a copy of your tax information. Once your
information has been verified and approved, you will be contacted via email with our
wholesale information and log-in to the wholesale website. We value your privacy.
