We currently accept online payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal eCheck, all through PayPal. Payment with e-checks through PayPal will not ship until all payments are cleared. If you do not have a PayPal account, signing up for one is free, secure and easy. You also are not required to have a Pay Pal account in order to process payment. If you do not have a Pay Pal account and do not wish to open an account, simply access the link to the left of the checkout page that states: 'Don't have a Pay Pal account?' Click on 'Continue' where you will enter your own credit card information.
International Orders: Please contact us to verify we ship to your location. We reserve the right to decline shipping to some locations. Additional shipping fees are required when shipping outside the US. See below.

Shipping:
All items are handmade to order, therefore please allow up to two weeks for processing before your order ships. Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Should you wish to purchase additional insurance please contact us and additional fees will be added. We will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items due to shipping. Please make sure we have your correct shipping address. We will only ship to confirmed Pay Pal addresses. Shipping & Handling within the U.S. is $6.50 for first item and .50 cents for each additional item. All items come lovingly gift-boxed with designer card.
International Shipping: please contact us regarding your order as additional shipping fees are required. We will invoice you through Pay Pal with the appropriate shipping charges added. Packages ship out via Global Express Guaranteed® or Express Mail International®. Due to past experience with extended deliveries of several weeks, lost and/or returned packages and international customers claiming non-receipt, this option is the only one we currently offer. It includes insurance up to $100.00 USD and tracking w/ delivery confirmation. Current rates are the following: $25.95 for Canada and Mexico, $27.95 for all other countries. Order is quoted to reach it's destination within approximately one week, however we are not responsible for delays at customs. We can not guarantee shipping time on international orders. We are not responsible for taxes, duties, import or customs fees or any other charges imposed by your local customs office. The cost of shipping does not include taxes, duties, import or customs fees or any other charges imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the shipping charge. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Returns/Exchanges:
Sugar Mafia™ stands by the quality of our designs to guarantee your satisfaction. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so we give you 3 days from receipt to exchange your item. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may exchange your item as long as it is UNWORN AND IN THE SAME CONDITION AS SENT WITH ALL PACKAGING FULLY INTACT. Please contact us within 72 hours of receipt to make arrangements, delivery confirmation date begins time of receipt. There are always exchanges but no refunds. Custom orders are not eligible for return/exchange. If you are unsure of an item you would like as replacement, you will be issued store credit that is valid for 90 days. If you select and item for replacement that is less than the item you initially paid for, you will be given store credit for remaining balance. If you select an item for replacement that is more than the item you initially paid for, you will be billed the difference through Pay Pal. Absolutely no returns for exchange will be accepted without notification made to us prior to return. All returns/exchanges are at our sole discretion. Authorization for return/exchange will be made at that time and determined if item is eligible. A Return Authorization number (RA) will be given along with instructions. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 5 business days. Items must be received within 5 business days in order to be accepted. If an RA is received after the 5 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper. All returns must be authorized. DO NOT return anything without contacting us first. Return Authorization number (RA) must be on the return box. Under no circumstances will an item be accepted that has been worn, smelling from i.e. cigarette smoke or heavy perfumes or altered. If an item is returned to us and deemed ineligible for exchange, it will be returned to you. Item must be shipped back in a secure box just as received with all packaging intact i.e. box, ribbons, organza bags, tags etc. just as received. It is highly recommended that you return your item just as received, via the USPS Priority Mail. Packages must be returned pre-paid. We will not accept COD deliveries. We will will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items due to shipping. Please insure your return for exchange. All return shipping is at your own expense as well as shipping fees on item for exchange. This will be invoiced to you via Pay Pal.
Jewelry:
Each Sugar Mafia™ design is lovingly handcrafted by designer, Angelique. Only the finest quality components are used; all crystals are genuine Swarovski®. All designs are the exclusive intellectual property of the designer, Angelique.
Do not drop your jewelry or lay anything on top of it. Breakage due to improper treatment is not considered a defect. Use a soft cloth to clean acrylic pieces. Store it in the packaging it came in.
Clean jewelry pieces with a soft cloth. You can also use a soft make-up type brush to dust off your jewelry. A silver polishing cloth may be used on chain to prevent tarnishing. Never submerge your jewelry in water or wear when swimming. Do not use cleaning products on jewelry as scratches may occur. Custom made cameos are a form of french decoupage, each one hand crafted (not by machinery) and care must be taken with them or scratches may occur. Do not lay anything on top of cameos. Never toss your jewelry into a purse or luggage without their own box or case, or scratches/damage will occur. Avoid spraying perfumes, hairspray or alcohol based products on jewelry as it may cause finish to dull and/or crystals to loosen. Prolonged sun exposure may cause fading. Never expose jewelry to extreme temperatures. Please store jewelry in its original packaging or well protected in a special case or box. If you care for your new jewelry piece properly you will have it for years to come and it will look as good as the day you purchased it.
If you have questions about any small repairs needing to be made, please contact us. Repair is at our discretion and fees are determined and dependent upon damage. Shipping costs would be your responsibility. Due to vintage products being used and items not being mass produced, there may not be replacement pieces.
