Jewelry:
Each Sugar Mafia™ design is lovingly handcrafted by designer, Angelique. Sugar Mafia™ designs are not mass produced and some items are in very limited quantity or OOAK (one-of-a-kind); availability cannot be guaranteed. Only the finest quality materials and components are used for Sugar Mafia™ designs such as: sterling silver or 14k gold plated and/or filled chains & findings, genuine Swarovski® crystals and pearls, vintage enamel chains, vintage celluloid, vintage plastics, vintage Lucite, glass pearls, Japanese pearls, cameos, custom designed and made acrylics, etc. Detailed descriptions can be found on individual pieces in the shop. Any color or slight variations are due to each piece being individually handcrafted. Necklaces are all approximately 17" standard length. All earring posts are sterling silver over surgical steel. All designs are the exclusive intellectual property of the designer, Angelique.
Custom acrylic pieces are made from a form of acrylic plastic. It can be fragile so care must be taken to avoid breakage. It can chip, crack or fracture when dropped as with any plastic jewelry. Do not drop your acrylic jewelry or lay anything on top of it. Do not press against it when worn or it can break. Breakage due to improper treatment is NOT considered a defect. Use a soft cloth to clean acrylic pieces. Store it in the packaging it came in.
Clean jewelry pieces with a soft cloth. A silver polishing cloth may be used on chain to prevent tarnishing. Never submerge your jewelry in water or wear when swimming. Do not use cleaning products on jewelry as scratches may occur. Custom made cameos are a form of french decoupage, each one hand crafted (not by machinery) and care must be taken with them or scratches may occur. Do not lay anything on top of cameos. Never toss your jewelry into a purse or luggage without their own box or case, or scratches/damage will occur. Avoid spraying perfumes, hairspray or alcohol based products on jewelry as it may cause finish to dull and/or crystals to loosen. Prolonged sun exposure may cause fading. Never expose jewelry to extreme temperatures. Please store jewelry in its original packaging or well protected in a special case or box. If you care for your new jewelry piece properly you will have it for years to come and it will look as good as the day you purchased it.
If you have questions about any small repairs needing to be made, please contact us. Repair is at our discretion and fees are determined and dependent upon damage. Shipping costs would be your responsibility. Due to vintage products being used and items not being mass produced, there may not be replacement pieces.
Payment:
Angelique Boutique currently accepts online payment with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and PayPal eCheck, all through PayPal only. Payment with e-checks through PayPal will not ship until all payments are cleared. If you do not have a PayPal account, signing up for one is free, secure and easy.
Prior to ordering at Angelique Boutique, you must first register at the website (angelovepink.com) with a user name and password. Please write down and save your log-in and password so you can track status of orders as well as for future use. If you order an item that is delayed or back ordered, you will be notified via e-mail.
Gift Certificates are available for purchase, please contact us directly for details. If your purchase is a gift please email us to let us know, as well as any message you would like included with the package. Gift wrapping is available for an additional charge.
International Orders: Please contact us to verify we ship to your location. We reserve the right to decline shipping to some locations. Additional shipping fees are required when shipping outside the US. See below.

Shipping:
Please allow up to 5 business days following payment for your order to process prior to shipping. However, in most cases item(s) ship the following business day pending payment. Custom Orders may take up to 2 weeks. Items are shipped Priority USPS with delivery confirmation. Should you wish to purchase additional insurance please contact Angelique Boutique and fees will be added. Angelique Boutique will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items due to shipping. Please make sure we have your correct shipping address. We will only ship to confirmed Pay Pal addresses.
International Shipping: please contact us regarding your order as additional shipping fees are required. We will invoice you through Pay Pal with the appropriate shipping charges added. Angelique Boutique can not guarantee shipping time on international orders. Packages ship out via USPS Express Mail. Angelique Boutique (angelovepink.com) is not responsible for taxes, duties, import or customs fees or any other charges imposed by your local customs office. The cost of shipping does not include taxes, duties, import or customs fees or any other charges imposed by your local customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are in addition to the shipping charge. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. For details regarding your specific country, please contact your local customs office. We have so far shipped to : Australia, Brazil, Canada, England (UK), France, Germany, Italy, and Spain.
Shipping & Handling is $6.50 for first item and .50 cents for each additional item. Packages ship out within the United States via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Please log into your account on this website (angelovepink.com) to check the status of your order. Every attempt is made to process all orders in a timely fashion and are processed as received. Larger orders may take longer to process, each piece is custom made by the designer and care given for 100% quality to each piece. All items come lovingly gift-boxed with designer card.
Returns/Exchanges:
It is very important to Angelique Boutique that you are happy with your custom jewelry selection so if you are unhappy with an item for any reason you can return it for any other item in the boutique (that equals the same price of course) as long as it is unworn and in the same condition as when sent with all packaging fully intact. Please contact Angelique Boutique within 5 business days of receiving item to make arrangements. There are always exchanges but no refunds. Absolutely no returns will be accepted without notification made to Angelique Boutique prior to return. All returns and exchanges are at the sole discretion of Angelique Boutique. Authorization for return will be made at that time and determined if item is eligible for return and a Return Authorization number (RA) will be given. Please note RA numbers are only valid for 10 days. Items must be received within 10 days in order to be accepted. If an RA is received after the 10 day window the package will be refused and sent back to shipper. All returns must be authorized. DO NOT return anything without contacting us first. Return Authorization number (RA) must be on the return box. Under no circumstances will an item be accepted that has been worn or altered. Item must be shipped back in a secure box just as received with all packaging intact i.e. box, ribbons, organza bags, tags etc. just as received. Packages must be returned pre-paid. Angelique Boutique will not accept COD deliveries. As stated above, Angelique Boutique will not be held responsible for missing or damaged items due to shipping. Please insure your return for exchange. All return shipping is at your own expense.

Wholesale pricing is offered to authorized retail owners only. Please provide the following information: Name, Full Address, Contact Numbers, Retail Store Name, Website, Email, and Tax ID. All invoices are expected to be paid in full within 3 business days of invoice date or all items will be returned to store and re-stocking fees may apply. Angelique Boutique accepts PayPal ,check or money order. Processing does not begin until payment is made in full and all funds are cleared. Standard shipping is USPS Priority Insured Mail with delivery confirmation. COD is not an option. Please allow up to 14 days for processing. Each piece is custom made by the designer and care given for 100% quality to each piece. If there are special circumstances and order is needed asap, every attempt is made to "rush" however cannot be guaranteed. Should you wish to have USPS Express or Overnight Shipping please request this at the time of your order, however please note that additional fees are required on top of the standard shipping fee. Every attempt is made to process all orders in a timely fashion and are processed as received. Wholesale discount is only applied towards regular retail pricing, sale pricing is excluded.
